Just a few years back the choice of penis extenders was very limited, all you could pick from was one fixed design and a noose, meaning that your choice of finding a design matching the shape of your penis was limited and hence you had a much higher chance of suffering from slippages

Now the story is a lot different.

Top penis extender manufacturers realised the short coming in the design, which did not suit everyone and went to work modifying and adapting their designs to offer more choice to the user.

The following are some of the design improvements we have seen over the years:

Silicon Noose vs. Comfort Strap – alongside giving you a silicon noose, penis extenders, such as SizeGenetics, also provide you with a comfort strap which reduces slippages and spreads the traction of the device over a larger surface area.

Comfort Technology – to account for the diversity of sizes, shapes, angles and the actual sensitivity of your penis, penis extenders now also offer such things as a protection pad (to increase comfort where you use the noose or strap); fabric covered latex head grip (reduces rubbing and chaffing against the skin) and non-slip protech matt strap (to reduce slippage). Through these various combinations some penis extenders can offer you up to 16 different ways to wear their device.

MDA Technology (Multi Directional Angling) – SizeGenetics is one of many penis extenders that now incorporate Multi-Directional Angling into their design. By using this, you can comfortably wear their device no matter the degree of curvature in your penis.

With the changes increasing the size of your penis is no longer limited to a small group of men.

No matter the size, shape, angle or sensitivity of your penis it is now possible to use penis extenders to apply traction to your penis, trigger cell replication and growth, and increase the size of your penis by inches.

Just make sure before you buy that the penis extender you are looking at can offer you more than 4 ways to wear their device, and that the device itself has been tested under clinical studies.

With the right device you can improve the appearance of your penis to a great extent.

Without doubt, most men think the size of their penis is a measure of their masculinity and the ability to provide a satisfying sexual experience to the partner. This is the reason why the penis size can have a huge impact on your self esteem and sexual confidence. A smaller than average penis size can often lead to a feeling of anxiety and sexual inadequacy, not to say a fear of intimacy.

But what is the average penis size?

Much research and studies have been done to determine the average penis size. Here are some results that will help clear your doubts:

Study #1
Conducted by: The Alfred C. Kinsey Institute for Sex Research
Year: 1948
Sample: 3500 white college males
Average penis length = 6.2 inches
Average penis girth = 4.9 inches
It is important to note that the information used in the survey was based on men self measurement, not the best method. Also, only white males were included in the survey and they were all college students, so it did not represent a wide diversity of races or ages, hence it cannot be said to be a definitive study as such.

Study # 2
Conducted by: Durex Condoms
Year: 1980
Sample: 2,936 men from different countries and ethnic groups
Average penis length = 6.4 inches
Average penis girth = 5.2 inches
Here the men were asked to measure themselves and then report their results online. The bulk of respondents were from the United States and the majority of participants were white. Another not so conclusive study as far as average penis size goes.

Study # 3
Conducted by: LifeStyles Condoms
Year: 2001
Sample: 301 volunteers over 18 years old
Average penis length = 5.9 inches
Average penis girth = 5.0 inches
In this study each volunteer was measured by a researcher.

Study # 4
Conducted by: Brazilian Urologist
Sample: 150 Brazilian men
Average penis length = 5.7 inches
Average penis girth = 4.7 inches
Here too each volunteer was measured by a researcher.

One important conclusion that we can reach from these figures is that volunteers often exaggerate their own size when permitted to measure themselves.

If we accept the above results, it would seem that the average erect penis measures between 5.7 and 6.4 inches in length and between 4.7 and 5.2 inches in circumference.
(Note: 1 inch = 2.54 cm, 0.25 inch = 0.635 cm)

Impotence or Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is the inability to maintain an erection that is firm enough or one that lasts long enough to have successful sexual intercourse. It is a frustrating condition that may have either physical or psychological causes. However, there are some newer treatment alternatives such as traction-based penis extenders or stretchers that are considered a safe and effective treatment option for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.

Causes of ED
There are multiple causes of ED including disease , psychological conditions, trauma, drug and alcohol abuse, as well as smoking. ED may also occur as a result of an underlying medical condition, such as diabetes, kidney disease, hormonal imbalance, multiple sclerosis, atherosclerosis, vascular disease or neurological disease.

Injury to the penis, spinal cord, prostate, bladder, and pelvis may also cause ED due to damage to nerves, smooth muscles, arteries or fibrous tissue of the corpora cavernosa. Surgery, especially radical prostate or bladder surgery can injure the nerves and arteries near the penis resulting in ED.

One of the side effects of medications, such as antihypertensive drugs, antihistamines, antidepressants, tranquilizers, histamine-receptor antagonists for treatment of gastric ulcers, opiates, and appetite suppressants is ED.

Peyronie’s disease, which causes scarring of the fibrous tissue of the penis, and priapism (i.e., persistent, abnormal erection of the penis) are associated with ED.

Other possible contributing factors of ED include smoking, which affects blood flow, and hormonal abnormalities. Psychological factors (e.g., stress, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem) cause 10–20% of ED cases.

How do penis extenders help treat erectile dysfunction?

Physiologically, erectile dysfunction is the lack or incomplete filling of the blood inside penis tissue spaces. Your penis needs enough supply of blood to get strong erections. Unlike other “temporary” devices and pills that produce short-term engorgement of your penis, penis extenders actually “empower” your penis by enlarging its girth and length on a permanent basis and hence you are then potent and capable enough to get the desired strength and duration of erection on your own without the need of any external device or pill.

For over several years, more than hundreds of thousands of men have regained intimate relationships with their partners with the help of penis extenders such as SizeGenetics . These top quality penis extenders not only cause significant increase in both thickness and length of the penis but also help you correct various structural and functional problems of the penis such as Peyronie’s disease, abnormal curvatures and erectile dysfunction (impotence).

So, if you have just received your own SizeGenetics extender, congratulations on your decision.

Men lose some of their virility as they age. Beyond a certain age their bodies undergo changes and quite often they will not produce as much semen as they used to in their youth. This can lead to very poor ejaculations and can stop couples from having an enjoyable and satisfactory sex life.

In our youth, semen production, sperm count and the quality of semen is at the peak. Beyond 35 years of age this starts to gradually decline. These changes to the prostate and surrounding glands means that the semen volume will be significantly lower than it once was. As distressing and frustrating this problem can be it unfortunately goes hand in hand with getting older and happens to everyone.

Another possible cause for reduced semen production is too frequent ejaculation. The older you are the longer the glands take to produce more secretions; it can sometimes take several days to completely restore your ejaculatory volume. It is recommended to abstain from sexual intercourse and masturbation from time to time so that the body has the chance to replenish its semen volume. Studies have shown that sperm count is generally at its highest in the morning and afternoon. So by having sex earlier on in the day there is a good chance you will ejaculate more.

There are other contributing factors to a lack in semen production; an often overlooked and generally forgotten cause is dehydration. This is a very common and quite a significant reason. As semen is a fluid secretion so if you are dehydrated you will not produce as much semen as a well-hydrated man would. Certain medications can also play havoc with semen production. Men suffering from health conditions such as diabetes and those who have undergone pelvic surgery can suffer from lower semen volumes.

There is no need to despair as there are safe and natural ways for men to produce more semen and improve your overall sexual performance. A natural semen enhancing supplement is well worth exploring. These supplements have backing and approval from doctors; they are proven to be safe. With so many supplements available, it can be difficult to decide which one will offer you what you need.

Semen enhancers such as Performer5 that contain L-Arginine, Zinc and Pomegranate have a great effect on semen quality and consistency can boost virility and can provide powerful strong erections that last. Just one tablet a day is all that is usually needed and can restore your sex drive and restore youthful energy to your body and revive your sex life.

Surgical treatment of Peyronie’s disease is risky, expensive and hence is often considered as the last resort. As a result alternative treatments are the preferred option. Some of these are vitamin E in tablet or cream form, potassium para-aminobenzoate (a chemical that belongs to the Vitamin B group and is used to break down hard, fibrous skin), and quite recently, the use of external penis stretchers.

Vitamin E: Antioxidants such as vitamin E prevent ?brosis. Early studies on the use of vitamin E in Peyronie’s disease reported a decrease in penile curvature in 78% of patients and a decrease in plaque size in 91%. Though the recent evidence does not support a strong role for vitamin E, the low toxicity and cheaper cost of the supplement encourages its use either alone or in combination with the other treatment options for Peyronie’s disease.

Potassium para-aminobenzoate (POTABA): POTABA has long been suggested both by mainstream medical and alternative treatment experts as an effective therapy for the plaque, curvature, and pain produced by chronic Peyronie’s disease. In a study done on 32 adult men who were treated for at least 3 months with POTABA on a daily basis, significant symptom resolution was seen. For example, improvement in penile discomfort / pain was seen in 8 of 18 patients, and decreased plaque size was found in 18 of 32 patients. Similarly, a significant improvement in penis angle (curvature) was seen in 18 patients while 8 patients reported complete correction of the curvature. However, even PTABA is not free of side effects and its efficacy still needs to be established in a vast majority of patients.

Traction-based extenders: Out of all these alternative options, penis stretchers (or extenders) have emerged as the most promising treatment option because of their high success rate, long-lasting impact and safety. The most unique fact about the successful use of penis extenders in the treatment of Peyronie’s disease is that, unlike other natural or alternative methods of treatments, their use has been documented, established and recommended by several clinical trials and studies. In one of such study presented in the 2nd European Congress of Andrology (September 2002), the efficacy of mechanical penile stretching (PS) to reduce penile deformity during erection was tested. The study was done in Italy on ten patients affected by Peyronie’s disease, apparently unchanged at least for the latest 3 months and with penile curvature during erection (PEC). Measurements were performed before and after daily home penile stretching application (at least four hours / day) for 3 to 6 months. As a result, penile curvature during erection was significantly and successfully decreased after 3 months. Also, the treatment was well tolerated (no severe complication and no patient drop outs occurred). The results suggested a promising use of penile stretchers in selected Peyronie’s patients affected by penile curvature without erectile dysfunction.

So, while surgery is still an option, it is often associated with a high risk of complications, more costs and other problems and hence the last resort.

Erection of the penis is one of the most important biological, physiological and reproductive phenomena occurring in all human males regardless of their age, genetic make-up or geographic location. While the word “penile erection” is frequently associated with a “sexual” meaning, erection usually & regularly occurs without sexual excitement and on a daily basis. The average male has four to eight spontaneous erections every night while he sleeps. They usually occur when dreaming.

Understanding the causes of erection

In the case of your penis, there are actually two tasks that it handles:

Releasing urine from the bladder, known as urination

Releasing sperm and seminal fluid from the prostate gland, known as ejaculation

When things are working properly, ejaculation is a three-step process:

1- Arousal: The man becomes sexually aroused

2- Erection: The penis responds by becoming erect

3- Ejaculation: Physical stimulation of the penis causes ejaculation

If, by any chance, step two (erection) does not happen, the step three (ejaculation) becomes difficult or impossible and the condition is called “male impotence”. It means, even if the man is stimulated, the penis does not become erect. To understand why, you need to understand the mechanism of an erection.

When you want to move nearly any part of your body, you do it using muscles. Whether you are moving your fingers, toes, arms or legs, muscles do the work. Even when you stick your tongue out, you do it using muscles:

You think about moving some part of your body

The appropriate muscles contract

That part of the body moves

Muscles let you move your body voluntarily and with precise control. The penis, on the other hand, is completely different. There are no muscular contractions involved in making the penis erect. To become erect, the penis instead uses pressure. Probably the easiest way to understand how the penis becomes erect is to think of a balloon. If a balloon has no air in it, it’s limp. As you inflate a limp balloon with just a little air, it becomes elongated and rigid.

Role of corpora cavernosa in causing erection

The penis uses a similar mechanism, but instead of using pressurized air to become rigid, the penis uses pressurized blood. The penis contains two cigar-shaped structures, called corpora cavernosa (singular: corpus cavernosum), that it uses to become erect.

You can think of the corpora cavernosa as balloon-like tubes. Arteries bring blood into these two tubes, and veins carry blood away from them. The penis can be either limp or erect, depending on the flow of blood:

In a non-erect state, the arteries that bring blood into the corpora cavernosa are somewhat constricted, while the veins that drain the blood from the penis are open. There is no way for pressure to build inside the penis.

In this state, the penis is limp.

When a man becomes aroused, the arteries leading into the penis open up so that pressurized blood can enter the penis quickly. The veins leaving the penis constrict. Pressurized blood is trapped in the corpora cavernosa, and this blood causes the penis to elongate and stiffen. The penis is erect.

If the arteries leading to the penis do not open up properly, it is difficult or impossible for a man’s penis to become erect. This problem is the leading cause of erectile dysfunction (ED).

To solve an erection problem when the cause is poor blood flow, you need to open the arteries

Understanding blood flow through the penis

To understand the vital role of blood in causing the erection of your penis, you must think about the way blood flows in your body. Your body has just one pump, the heart. But different parts of the body need different amounts of blood at different times.

For example:

If you eat a big meal, your body needs to send more blood to the stomach and intestines to help with digestion.

If you are running in a marathon, your body needs to send more blood to your arm and leg muscles, and it may want to cut most of the blood flowing to the stomach (and other nonessential organs) in order to save oxygen for the legs

What your body needs, in other words, is a set of valves that it can use to increase and decrease blood flow to certain parts of the body. And your brain needs a way to control those valves so it can turn them on and off when necessary.

Role of the brain in causing an erection

The penis is one of the places in the body where the brain needs to be able to turn the blood flow on and off with a valve. When a man is sexually stimulated by sight, thought, or touch, the brain sends signals that relax the smooth muscles around the arteries that supply blood to the corpora cavernosa. The veins draining the bodies cannot keep up, resulting in swelling. As the swelling reaches the limit of the penile skin, the penis becomes firm. The pressure of the spongy corpora cavernosa against the skin partially closes the veins, helping to maintain the erection. Erection continues until the signals from the brain stop, but erections are not consistent; waxing and waning are normal, even during intercourse.

Changes in Erections

Almost all men experience occasional changes in their erections. Erection changes also occur over a lifetime. Not getting an erection does not equal “sexual dysfunction”.

There are many reasons for not getting an erection such as fatigue, stress, not being in the mood for sexual activity, alcohol and/or drug use, partner issues, insufficient sexual stimulation, and so on. Lack of erections from time to time does not mean that sexual activity must stop.

Finally, for many men, the misunderstanding and myths associated with erectile dysfunction are often the very reason why they will not seek treatment for the same. If you are also experiencing erection problems, it is important to address the issue in the first place and discuss the problem with your doctor. Erection problems often add to the normal pressures of a relationship and may bring increased feelings of despondency, lack of confidence and lowered self-esteem.

Generally speaking, Peyronie’s disease refers to the presence of scar tissue in the penis. The condition is so called as it was first described by a French surgeon Francois Peyronie about 250 years ago. Today, according to estimates, Peyronie’s affects millions of men usually beginning in their 50’s. The plaque forms from a lifetime of small injuries or tears. These injuries heal by forming exaggerated plaques, which result in the Peyronie’s disease. Men who form abnormal scar tissue elsewhere in the body are more susceptible to develop a Peyronie’s plaque.

How Peyronie’s disease develops?

The scar tissue, or Peyronie’s Plaque, forms in the wall of the tissue that surrounds the corpus cavernosum. That is, a plaque forms in the “canvas” (tunica albuginea) that wraps the erectile tissues. This plaque is a ?at plate of scar tissue that actually develops on the top or bottom side of the penis inside a thick membrane called the

Signs & symptoms of Peyronie’s disease

The severity, progression and resolution of various signs and symptoms of Peyronie’s disease are variable and vary from person to person. Symptoms may develop slowly or appear overnight.

In a follow-up study of 97 men, 40% reported a worsening of their signs and symptoms over time. However, in 47%, the disease had stabilized after resolution of the inflammatory process, and, in 13%, symptoms had even disappeared spontaneously.

As mentioned above, in Peyronie’s disease, a plaque or hard lump forms in the tissue of the penis. However, it is not 100% confirmed that what actually causes the disease. Some experts believe that it could be some hidden trauma or injury but it is not always confirmed. The plaque makes the penis less flexible, causing pain and making the penis bend when it is erect. For the same reason, many men with Peyronie’s disease have sexual problems because they cannot get or maintain a normal erection. Patients also usually have increasingly painful erection and deviation of the penis. Similarly, in many other cases, these plaques can also cause pain with erection and curvature of the penis.

In many men, the pain decreases over time, but the bend in the penis may remain a problem, making sexual intercourse difficult. The sexual problems that result can disrupt a couple’s physical and emotional relationship and can lower a man’s self-esteem.

Does Peyronie’s disease cause erectile dysfunction?

Unfortunately, yes, as Peyronie’s disease will not only cause abnormal shape / curvature of your penis but will also prevent blood flow beyond the plaque resulting in erectile dysfunction. Correcting the plaque will improve potency.

Can the signs & symptoms resolve on their own?

If you don’t get any treatment at all, spontaneous improvement is very rare. After one year, about 2/3rd of the men do not get any worse and remain stable. However, on the other hand, 1/3rd of men may have worsening of the signs & symptoms, eventually leading to potential complications.

Based on the above discussion and clinical features, it can be concluded that Peyronie’s disease is, in fact, a serious issue that can lead to severe deformity, abnormal shape, erectile dysfunction and many other sexual health problems in men. It is, therefore, crucial to address the problem as early as possible. As surgery and medical drug treatment options for Peyronie’s disease are not free from side effects and risks, you can always choose another option.

Impotence, also known as erectile dysfunction, affects about 10 to 30% of the male population. In the United States alone up to 30 million men are affected by this problem. In fact, impotence is quite common in our modern stressed out society. Most men will experience the problem at some stage of their lives, with the chance and incidence of impotence increasing with age.

Impotence is defined as a consistent inability to achieve or sustain an erection that will allow for fulfilling sexual intercourse. The erection may be too weak, too brief, or too painful.

Anatomical Description
To better understand impotence, it’s helpful to have a picture of the anatomy of the penis and male sexual response. Two chambers filled with spongy tissue, called the corpora cavernosa, run the length of the penis. A membrane called the tunica albuginea surrounds them both. The urethra, which emits urine and semen from the body, runs beneath the corpora cavernosa.

An erection can result from either thinking or dreaming of sex, or direct stimulation of the genitals, although most of the time both sources of stimulation come into play. In a man without impotence, such stimulation prompts brain impulses that tell the muscles of the corpora cavernosa to relax. Blood then begins to fill the spongy tissue, causing the penis to expand. The tunica albuginea then contracts trapping the blood inside the penis and sustaining erection. In healthy sexual response, the process usually doesn’t reverse until just after ejaculation, when the corpora cavernosa muscles contract, stopping the inflow of blood, and the tunica albuginea create resistance, allowing the blood to flow back into the body.
Attaining and maintaining an erection is a complex series of events, involving nerve impulses in the brain, genitals, and spinal column and requiring response from the muscles, veins, arteries, and fibrous tissues in or near the corpora cavernosa. A disruption of any one of these events can cause impotence.

How Common Is Impotence?
About one in 10 men report having impotence, but more have it and do not report it. Teenage boys and younger adults report impotence, but it is most common in men over age 45. Between 20%-35% of 60-year-old men may have impotence. Even though it becomes more common with age, aging itself does not cause impotence; instead, underlying problems, such as arteriosclerotic vascular disease, which often occur in older men, can cause impotence.

Causes of Impotence

Impotence has many causes; some psychological and some physical.

Let us look at these in some detail:

Physical factors causing impotence can be as varied as:

Diabetes

Alcoholism

Drug abuse

Decreased penile circulation

Neurologic processes, such as spinal cord injuries and diseases

Atherosclerosis

Structural abnormalities

Medications such as antihypertensives, sedatives, antihistamines, and antipsychotics

Penile diseases such as Peyronie’s disease

Psychological or emotional causes include:

Depression

Stress

Anxiety

Low self-esteem

Fear of sexual incompetence

Poor relationship with sexual partner

Treatment of Impotence
Untreated, impotence may only worsen. Inability to achieve an erection can cause performance anxiety, which, in itself, can cause impotence leading to a vicious cycle. If you seek treatment, you have a very good chance of enhancing your ability to have and sustain an erection that will allow you to have satisfying sexual intercourse.

Men’s Clinic is dealing with two types of treatment, surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.

Surgical Treatment
The vast majority of physical causes are treatable. The new approaches presented by some of the world’s best surgeons, which you will find at Men’s Clinic provide success rates of up to 95% in men who have received surgical treatment, where you are able to achieve satisfactory sexual function. (Normal success rate is approximately 30 to 40%).

Surgery consists of three separate procedures:

Implants
The doctor inserts penile prostheses or penile implants in each of the two corpora cavernosa. These implants may be rigid, malleable, hinged, or inflatable. The inflatable types are associated with more mechanical failures and complications than the others.

Arterial reconstruction
If the arteries that carry blood into the penis are blocked or damaged (usually from injury), your doctor might surgically reconstruct the arteries.

Venous surgery
Your doctor may surgically block penile veins that impair erection by allowing blood to flow back into the body prematurely.

Groundbreaking Non-surgical Treatment

A NEW non-surgical treatment has just been launched at Men’s Clinic. A computerized training system provides you with an erection within 10 minutes. PowerMannn ® was developed in close co-operation between Danish medical specialists and computer experts.
Three years of intensive product development and more than 270 clinical tests made it possible to lay down the data for an optimal training program for impotence. The program has been condensed on a microchip and the schedule indisputably yields excellent results with a success rate of 100% for achieving an erection.
A special computer program pumps up the penis prior to intercourse. The system benefits men who either suffer from potency problems or who wish to improve their male prowess. The program can be used once a day before intercourse or other sexual activity. Once you achieve an erection, you place a binding (ring) device around the base of your penis, helping to sustain the erection by preventing blood from flowing back into your body.

Medical/Drug Treatment
Treatment for impotence follows a course that rules out many potential causes for the condition. Most treatment moves from the least invasive (reducing doses on drugs causing impotence) to the most invasive (surgery). Depending on the cause of the dysfunction and on your lifestyle, your doctor may suggest more than one type of treatment.
Some men like tablets like, which you take orally; others you inject into your penis, insert into the end of your penis, or rub on your penis. Depending on the type of therapy and medication prescribed, you should consult a doctor to assess the best treatment and your response to it.
One of the most famous drug right now is Viagra. It is an oral drug that relaxes smooth muscles in the penis during sexual stimulation, allowing increased blood flow to the penis and making an erection possible. Viagra is relatively new, so researchers have not carried out long-term tests on its effects and some clinical evaluations shows a less affective and convincing success rate.

Drug list: (Not all drugs are available in every market)

“Bromocriptine” for hyperprolactinemia

“Papaverine” and “phentolamine” injections

“Nitroglyserin” this muscle relaxant can induce erection when rubbed on the penis

“Yohimbine” (Yocon)

“Viagra” oral drug (sildenafil)

“Alprostadil” an injection into the penis

“Testosterone cypionate” for abnormally decreased gonad activity (hypogonadism)

There are many myths floating around in the body building industry that specific exercises can help you to improve the appearance of your penis.

In particular DL and squat exercises , designed to increase your testosterone and HGH levels, are rumored to produce temporary gains amongst trainers.

But is there any truth to this myth?

To answer, lets see why this myth persists…

To start with, there are numerous treatments on the market which claim to increase your penis size by boosting your natural testosterone and HGH levels.

The idea is that by boosting your HGH particularly, you encourage cell replenishment and growth, meaning that your penis too could experience additional gains. but, you can only take such theories with a pinch of salt. After all, the larger you get physically, the smaller your penis will look in comparison.

So how can I improve my penis size?

Whilst exercising and training won’t do you any harm (in fact, training can improve your stamina levels), we wouldn’t advise sticking to this method alone, especially as your hormone levels are not that simple to control.

To experience real, lasting gains, the simplest way to improve your penis size is to use a penis extender. These work by applying traction to the corpora cavernosa in your penis (the tubes responsible for holding blood when your penis is erect), causing cells to break away from the walls and duplicate. As these cells increase in mass, they enable your penis to hold more blood, achieve harder erections, reduce premature ejaculation and penile curvatures, but more importantly they can add inches to your penis.

In one recent study of 18 men, it was found that after wearing the device for 4-8 hours a day over 6 months, the participants experienced average gains of 2.8cm when erect and 1.9cm when flaccid. These results remained months after the completion of the study.

With the right penis extender you can experience similar results.

To do that, just make sure before you buy, that they provide you with the following:

Backed by Clinical studies – not a generic studies, but a clinical study that has been specifically done on their device helps increase trust.

Guarantee – the longer the money back guarantee the more confident they are that their device works. Simply make sure it is longer than 6 months because most penis extenders need at least 6 months in order to show maximum results.

Quality of materials – top penis extenders are made from Medical Type 1 materials and use Comfort Way Technology and MDA Technology to ensure 100% comfort and freedom from chaffing no matter the shape, size, angle or sensitivity of your penis.

So pick the right penis extender and you can experience real visible gains and not some myth. Simply remember to do your research and pick the right device for you. You can also check a few reviews we have on our site.

If most men were given a choice about changing something about their appearance, I can vouch that most of them would want to change the size of their penis.

While, wanting a bigger penis might be a goal for most men, it does not mean that they want to undergo a painful surgery or invest in a penis enlargement device. Some would prefer a few simple tips to enhance the look and size of their penis.

That wish comes true today, read on below to find a few simple tips to do just that!

We have four simple but proven techniques that can instantly help you to increase the size of your penis without any real effort or cost:

Trim your hair – no, not the hair on top of your head. We’re talking about your pubic hair. Now in case you never realized, this hair alone is hiding at least 2cm of your penis, so by simply trimming this hair you can immediately add an inch to your penis. Plus you get to increase your personal hygiene.

Learn how to control your flaccid penis – be honest, when do you feel most self conscious about your penis? When you’re flaccid. right! this is when you are at your smallest (especially on a cold day), and when you least want your partner to see it.

But what if you could actually control the size of your flaccid penis? Well you can. Barring temperature, there are 2 other ways you can control your flaccid penis size – your mental arousal and the need to urinate. Both of these can help to enlarge your penis, without the need to be fully erect. So practice using them to increase your size and take note of the difference they make.

Weight management – okay this tip is not so immediate, but it is an important one as your body shape can influence how big your penis appears. For example a guy with a 5 inch penis who is short and slim will look bigger than a tall guy of the same size who is overweight.
While you are stuck with your height and cannot do much about it, there is always something you can do about your weight. By losing weight and toning up you can ensure that none of your penis is hidden by your stomach, instantly creating the illusion of gained inches.

Learn your angles – one of the biggest problems we have as men is that we judge our own size by looking down at ourselves, and as you can imagine this can make you look smaller than you are, as you are looking at yourself from the wrong angle.
Yet angles don’t always have to have a negative effect on the size of your penis. In fact learn how to use your angles correctly and you can make your penis look bigger to onlookers.
Try it now. Stand in front of your mirror with your penis erect and look at yourself at different angles. You’ll soon notice that you look better from the side and particularly at a 45 degree angle.

What else?

While each of the above techniques does help create the illusion of a bigger penis, they do not provide permanent solutions. So, if you’re looking for a more permanent method, then there are other things that you can try.

Take penis extenders for example…

These use a technique similar to that used in orthopedic surgery, they apply traction to the corpora cavernosa in your penis, causing cells to break away and replicate. As these cells accumulate in mass, they enable your penis to hold more blood, attain harder ejections, reduce premature ejaculation and curvatures, and more importantly add inches to your penis.

And if you use a quality device it is completely painless!

An example of a quality penis extenders, SizeGenetics uses Medical Type 1 materials, as well as 16 Way Comfort Technology so no matter the shape, size, angle or sensitivity of your penis, you can comfortably wear the device all day look without experiencing discomfort or chaffing.

you could also try,

Penis exercises and pumps to improve the size of your penis.

So if you are genuinely interested in improving the size of your penis, then why not give one of these techniques a try? In a matter of weeks, you can be closer to your dreams of a bigger penis.
